  • Renuka Shahane

I know Rajan since the past 12 years when he was assistant to Ravi Rai. He was one of the most efficient assistants I had ever met and I knew, this guy is going to make it big one day. And how right was I! His heart is always in the right place and so brings out emotion from his actors with such ease. His shows always have a slightly different angle and are never over the top. I am very happy for him, for the success he has achieved, and I hope to see him directing and producing a feature film one day.

  • Sunand Kumar Baranwal

Rajan Shahi is not only an amazing director but also a wonderful human being! I know him since nearly five years. Usually producers are very temperamental, but he is extremely cool at work as he understands the technicalities. He makes the working environment so cordial and friendly. He is just too good for anyone to have a complaint against him.

  • Ashita Dhawan

Character : Malti (Bhabhi of Sadhana and Ragini) in Biadaai
Character : Savri ( Bua of Avani) in Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya

Rajan Sir is my guardian angel. He is absolutely the best producer. Being a wonderful human being, he is excellent at emotions. I am what I am all thanks to him, and will be whatsoever also due to him. He is very approachable and values people and their commitment and potential. He loves us and so do we!

  • Alok Nath

Prakash Sharma (Father of Ragini and Vineet / Mamaji of Sadhna) in Bidaai and Dr.Mathur (Nidhi's maternal grandfather, Ashutosh's adoptive father) in Kuch Toh Log Kahenge

I know Rajan since the past 15 years and the first thing I must say is that he is a great guy! He is a very hardworking and creative director. He is a visionary producer and absolutely knows the pulse of the Indian audience. He has brought about a change in the television industry, breaking the trend of the monotonous shows and replacing it with some fresh concepts which have been welcomed by the audience. Bidaai made a difference to my career as well. Now I am part of his Kucch Toh Log Kahenge as well. It’s a pleasure to do a show produced by him.
